Huawei is preparing its next smartphone sub-brand, which is called OSTA in global markets. The brand is said to be Starlight in China, but Huawei will use the OSTA name for international products. While this new branding has started appearing on the smartphone packaging, it suggests that the global launch plans are moving forward.
As per the latest information, Huawei’s first wave of OSTA includes two smartphone devices: OSTA O1 and OSTA O1 Pro. Both the phone is premium design and flagship level positioning and higher prices.
OSTA O1 and Pro Design
The OSTA O1 and OSTA O1 Pro is suggested with different designs such as attract types to the smartphone buyers.
The standard OSTA O1 may come with features like a quad curved screen display and a premium design finish. The next thing is that it will also come with a large circular camera Deco design on the rear side panel. This design combination helps the flagship smartphone to look different from other flagship phones in the market.
Pro smartphone is designed in such a way that it has a wide candybar-style pattern. It has a narrow bezel and a horizontal camera Deco design on the back side. This gives the Pro smartphone device a different visual compared to the standard OSTA O1 model.

As we look at the storage, the OSTA O1 Pro is expected to come with three variant options: 12GB RAM, 256GB storage; 16GB RAM, 512GB memory unit; and 16GB RAM with 1TB storage capacity.
