OnePlus is getting into some exciting things in the tablet segment. There is an official announcement of the OnePlus Pad Go 2, which is a budget segment rage tablet that will enter the Indian market along with the OnePlus 15R on the debut date of December 17, 2025. While this tablet was previously seen in 2023 when the OnePlus Pad Go was entered in the market after a wait of two years next model is entering now this month.
OnePlus is getting with this tablet launch, the firm has said that the tablet will get support stylus pen and also support for 5G on the top model version. The previous version of the tab OnePlus Pad Go does not have stylus support.
What’s New Expected from OnePlus Pad Go 2
OnePlus Pad Go 2 comes with two color combinations that are Lavender Drift and Shadow Black, which look cool with glossy texture finishing. The Pad Go 2 supports 5G, which is available for top top-end model, and the top model in this variant supports the in-built memory of 256GB storage and 8GB RAM.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 supports the Stylo, which is expected to come with pressure sensitivity features to hold 4096 levels. As per some sources, the device is mentioned to have AI specs and productivity tools, but not everything has yet been revealed about this information.
It is expected to come with a bigger display unit compared to the previous model, Pad Go, and HD resolution and eye care display support. Performance-wise wise the Pad Go 2 is expected to have with best performance upgraded chipset compared to the previous model device. The top end supports 8GB RAM and a 256GB storage unit, where is space is more space for media and document files.
The software support is that it will run on Android 16 and OnePlus custom OS OxygenOS 16, which has some latest UI structure functions support, such as AI features and other customization features included.
Looking at the previous version of this OnePlus Pad Go has come with a large screen 11.35-inch display LCD panel and a resolution of 2.4K, supporting eye care display. Cross screen connection, Dolby Atmos Quad Speakers, and get Convenient LTE support. The performance part is supported by MediaTek Helio G99 and the custom OS of OnePlus OxygenOS 13.2. The battery capacity is equipped with 8000mAh and supports SUPERVOOC fast charging of 33W wired charging support.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 much of the features and specifications details that are not yet revealed from the company side, but we can expect that this budget segment Pad will bring some unique and extra features which usually a tablet may carry in this segment.
